WARNING:

The use of the RSV-1 Redundant Supply Valve is intended for rescue, commercial and technical diving. It should only be used by advanced divers who have received advanced training by recognized certifying agencies and in particular in the areas of scuba equipment maintenance and the use of redundant air supplies. DO NOT USE THIS DEVICE without carefully reading the manufacturer's operating instructions regarding the use and maintenance of the RSV-1 Redundant Air Supply Valve. DO NOT USE WITH SCHRADER FITTINGS.

WARRANTY:

This product is warranted against defects of material or workmanship for one year from date of purchase. Sartek will repair or replace valve in the event of defect in material or workmanship. This warranty shall become void in the event the valve is not maintained pursuant to the manufacturer's instructions or misused in any way.

REGISTRATION:

As a prerequisite of purchase and in order for the warranty to become effective, this form must be filled out, signed, and send back to manufacturer.
